You will need your order number in order to complete the return form and receive a prepaid shipping label.
You can find your order number on your packing slip, or the email that you received from Samuel Hubbard when your order shipped, or in your account if you created one previously.
Otherwise contact us and we will locate your order number for you.

We apologize you didn't love your Hubbards, but your return information has been submitted and we'll be ready to receive your shoes when they arrive back at our warehousePrint Label
We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. It takes up to two weeks to process returns and issue a credit. The refund should appear on your credit card statement by your next billing cycle. We will issue you a full credit in the form of your original method of payment, including any taxes paid. If you chose to use an expedited shipping method when you placed your order, that fee will not be refunded.
If you have purchased shoes from somewhere other than samuelhubbard.com, please contact the retail store or website where the purchased was made for a refund.
We endeavor to produce very high-quality, well-crafted footwear and would like to know as soon as possible if you find a defect in your shoes. Please call us at (844) 482-4800 or send an email to email@example.com. We will gladly exchange the item or issue a full refund at our expense.
