Story

When we introduced the Camplight, you used words like: "comfortable," "versatile," "springy," and "like butta." What could we possibly do to improve them? We added fur. Kid-glove leather cradling the grade of shearling usually reserved for fine coats, plus rubber sole for traction and stability. We call them Early Winter. They'll feel like you're wearing your coziest, comfiest, warm slippers as you trek through winter.

After having issues with my first two pairs of these shoes I now can say they are amazing. Comfortable and stylish. Actually have had multiple compliments on them.

These shoes are extremely comfortable but I have had two pairs thus far and they both have developed a significant squeak when walking. Sam Hubbard customer service has been incredible, however and I am now waiting in my third pair. I’m praying that the third time is truly the charm.

Been walking in the snow and rain, and they are comfortable and durable, and with the added warmth they add to my enjoyment of the outdoors, at the young age of 64.

The heavy lining this shoes felt too tight for my feet to be comfortable. I exchanged them for the next size up than I normally wear with regular shoes. This created the typical problem of too large a shoe in the left foot, which can be slightly loose at the heel and give you blisters even with heavy socks.
I only wish these shoes were offered in Wide sizes also. The company cut corners with what could have been a perfect shoe.
These shoes are ideal for rainy, cold winter weather.

Received this pair from my wife for Christmas after I pointed them out to her in your catalog. I already own 5 pairs of Sammies --as we affectionately call your incredible shoes--- including your boat and golf shoes. These are just as comfortable. I give only 4 stars because this pair squeaks when I walk. None of your other shoes do. They are still incredibly comfortable, but the squeak is annoying.

I thought these would be great shoes to take my dog outside for a quick, cold evening run in our yard. They are and with a pair of alpaca socks, I wear them hiking on the local rail trail. The shoes are fashionable and practicable enough for office wear. Yesterday, I ordered a pair of shearling-lined Winter's Day Lace-Ups and expect a new level of casual shoe wear. My dog holds his tail high on our walks.

Awesome shoe. Got them for a upcoming trip to NYC cold from sunny So Cal. Already wearing them. No sock; love them.

I have the blue model, no lining, and wear them all he time.

My first pair of Hubbard Shoes. I found them to be very comfortable, the lining keeps your feet warm, but not perspiring. They are comfortable with good arch support
