SIZE GUIDE

Story

Introducing Camplight. 80-or-so years back, an outdoor enthusiast on the eastern seaboard set out to craft a shoe that mimicked the sewing techniques found in traditional Native American moccasins. With hand-sewn uppers, adjustable top laces and flexible rubber soles, the summer classic was dubbed "the camp moc." Our 4-season take on this has a leather lining for sockless comfort, and the lug sole gives this former summertime staple year-round utility. In short, it’s your new "go-to" that crosses the country and the calendar. Work or play? Sport coat or t-shirt? Either way, you’ll be one happy camper.

Sizing

The Camplight was designed to give you a generous fit with plenty of room for your toes. If this is your first pair of Hubbards, you'll likely find them true to size.

*If you already wear a shoe from our Casual Outdoor collection, you'll wear the same size in the Camplight.
*If you already wear a shoe from our Dress Collection these may feel slightly roomier in the toe box.

Overall Review
I bought a pair of both the Tan and Black Camplight ,and I was so suprised at how comfortable they were, but the craftmanship, style and how beautiful the shoe looks, is what got me. Was a GREAT investment to my feet. Yes they're pricey, but well worth it. Will most likely buy another style of Hubbards.

Theis is my 3rd pair of Hubbards, and, like the other two, it's been a great experience. The fit (size and width) is great, and the quality of the shoe's construction is what I expected, given my previous purchases. I was surprised at how light they are. Just around town walking so far (< 50 miles), but no problems with stiffness, rubbing, etc. Highly recommended!

I bought the fleece lined version in the winter and loved them, so bought the black pair for summer. Excellent shoe and solid. Timberland version is just too "unconstructed" and does not feel like a solid shoe like the Camplight does...Why 4 stars? The laces in the black shoe are pictured as dark brown but what came was pretty bright tan laces which look out of place. I do have the tool to re-lace them but dont feel I should have to-Please keep the photos of the items accurate!

I own several pair of Samuel Hubbard shoes, so when my new pair of Camplight shoes arrived, I had high expectations...and they have delivered on all of them...excellent style, finish, fit, and fully comfortable right out of the box. These Camplight shoes have become my new everyday favorite...even to the office.

I’ve had these shoes for a short time. The feel amazing on my feet and even better without socks. The only surprise was how much taller I appear when wearing them. They look heavy but they are very light. The soft leather is so comfy. The his is my second pair of Samuel Hubbard shoes. The others are the Rainy Day Founders. Those are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever had. Including several pair of Allen Edmunds. If these wear well I may never buy any other manufacturers shoes again

Amazing as usual! The Camplight will most probably be worn barefoot, and after a few days, the Memory Foam forms to your feet- totally different experience than Sperrys! The Black and Tan is especially handsome

I had bought another same sized, different style Hubbard shoe, and was happy with them. This Camplight pair rubs the tops of my toes when walking. I should have bought a walking shoe.
