Customer Service Department of the Year... Again!

We are proud to announce that our Customer Service Team has just been named the winner of the Gold Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year in the 2019 American Business Awards! More than 4,000 nominations from organizations in every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories – and we took home first place! This is the third year in a row that the ABA has honored us with a customer service award.

We like to think that this award just confirms what we've known all along - that we do things differently at Samuel Hubbard and it shows. Everyone in our family knows that Customer Service is absolutely incredible. Now the whole world knows it too!

More than 200 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s winners. Here are some comments from the judges:
