Customer Service Department of the Year... Again!

We are so very proud to announce that our Customer Service Team has just been named the winner of the Gold Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year in the 2018 American Business Awards. More than 4,000 nominations from organizations in every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories – and we took home the first place honor! This is the second year in a row that the ABA has honored us with a customer service award.

Each day we’re committed to improving the customer service experience and building meaningful relationships with all of our customers. We feel that our old-fashioned approach to customer service is reflected through our happy customers.

More than 200 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s winners. Here are some comments from the judges:
